Pricing questions
How does per-cardholder pricing work?
You pay per active cardholder per month. A cardholder is anyone whose Amex transactions you ingest. Approvers, admins, and auditors who don't hold a card are free.
Is there a per-receipt charge?
No. Once you're on Team or above, you upload as many receipts as you need. Klippa OCR is included.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Click "Start 14-day trial" and you're in — no card needed up front. After 14 days the workspace switches to Free unless you've added a payment method, in which case the plan you picked starts billing.
How do you compare with Pleo, Rydoo, or Spendesk?
Those products bundle a card-issuing program. We don't — we work with the Amex you already have. That cuts the price roughly in half and skips the spend-control compliance burden you'd carry from issuing cards.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, from your admin settings. Annual plans prorate the unused months back. Full GDPR data export is always available — your data is yours.
Where is my data stored?
EU only. Postgres + S3 in eu-central, application servers on Fly's Amsterdam region. AI features are opt-in per workspace; everything else is EU-only by default.
